Lux Beauty Lounge Policies

Appointment Timeliness is expected and appreciated

Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will still be billed the full price for the scheduled service.

Cancellations & 24 Hour Re-booking Window

Cancellations or rescheduling without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee while no-shows will be charged 100%. Clients are required to have a credit card on file and must pay before these fees before being allowed to re-book. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved for you. When you cancel without proper notice we are unable to book that time to other clients.

Payment Options

Lux Beauty Lounge uses Clover payment and accepts all major credit cards as well as cash. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to pay all fees and dues after services are rendered.

Refunds & Returns

Lux Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. For health and sanitation reasons, all sales are final on retail products unless defective, then it will be replaced.


Due to safety and liability considerations, children may not accompany you to your appointment as we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
