ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup-free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without a 50% service charge, you must give a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminders 72 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, either by text, email, or both. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service as a no-show fee. We keep a card on file for all clients at the time of booking, which will only be charged if any of the aforementioned circumstances occur. This policy is in place to protect the time that is set aside for you and our artists, whose time is highly valuable. In return, we promise to keep your appointments on time, give you our undivided attention, and provide you with the best lashes Renton has to offer!
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you have eyelash extensions from a different lash artist, it is possible that they have not been applied properly. Because of this, your current extensions may need to be removed and then re-applied correctly. At Lux Beauty Lounge LLC, we prioritize the health of your natural lashes and the safety of your eyes. Therefore, if you come to us for an outside fill from another lash artist, you must agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and replaced with a new full set at the appropriate full set price. We will discuss and explain this fully to you before performing any service.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment outside of our normal business hours. After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

REFUND POLICY
When you pay for a service, you are paying for the artist's time and the expenses incurred to provide you with the service. We do not offer refunds for any reason on services or products. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will try to address your concerns. If the issue is due to an error in the application or product, we will provide a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up. Please note that any concerns raised after 72 hours of your last appointment or due to failure to follow proper aftercare instructions will be charged full price for the service.

CHILDREN
Due to safety and liability considerations, children may not accompany you to your appointment as we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
